Streetzeria was our first Thursday food truck in Ridgecrest. I learned this is a new, local restaurant, here in Shoreline. They did an awesome job on the pizza and I'm looking forward to checking out the restaurant now.

One of the best qualities about the city of Shoreline is the city is small enough that people here can get to know their neighbors. Anything that gets people out of their homes and talking to their neighbors should be encouraged. I can't think of a better way to do this than by sharing a meal with each other and summer is a perfect time to do this.
There was some talk about the possibility of Shoreline hosting a food truck rodeo next year. Personally, I'd love for Shoreline to host Food Truck Thursday all summer long in different neighborhoods. This would give everyone weekly opportunities to try different foods that we wouldn't get a chance to otherwise as well as meet people from other neighborhoods in Shoreline.
The Streetzeria Restaurant is located in the Richmond Beach neighborhood of Shoreline, at 1857 NW 195th St, 98177.

Food Truck Thursday continues for three more weeks in the Ridgecrest neighborhood (see previous article.)
The next food truck event is this Thursday, August 28, with a truck from Jemil's Big Easy, 5-8pm, 165th and 5th in Ridgecrest.
