Sunday was Family Day at the Market in Lake Forest Park, with live music and special activities.
One of the attractions for the kids was Clover, The Balloon Fairy. She didn't talk but the kids seemed to understand, anyway.
Quichua Mashis played music from their native Ecuador. The band is composed of Quichua natives from the Andes. They also had a booth with arts and crafts.
Fire and police shared a booth and gave information to the shoppers who stopped to say hello.
Across the street, the fire station was open for visitors,
with shiny, red fire engines and handsome fire fighters.
And there was ice cream, cold drinks, and Kettle Korn.
And, of course, there were alpacas.
