Edmonds Arts Festival Friday and Saturday

The Edmonds Arts Festival takes place this Father's Day weekend, June 13-15, centered around the Francis Anderson Center in the Edmonds Bowl. 700 Main Street, Edmonds, Washington 98020 (map).

Friday and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. • Sunday, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Enjoy great art in the juried gallery, a variety of wonderful artist's booths, music and more.

All proceeds help the Festival to fund:

  • Arts in Local Schools
  • Public Art
  • Art Scholarships

Following is the schedule of musical performances:

FRIDAY, JUNE 13 PERFORMERS

10:00 – 12:00: Madrona School Advanced and Elementary Orchestras\Madrona School Band and Jazz Band
12:30 – 1:30: Meadowdale Middle School Choir and Jazz Choir
2:00 – 2:30: Meadowdale Elementary School Marimba Band
3:00 – 4:00: Nick Drummond & Friends
4:30 – 6:00: Adrian Xavier Band
6:30 – 8:00: Stacy Jones Band (Stacy is a Shorecrest graduate)

SATURDAY, JUNE 14 PERFORMERS

10:00: Student Arts Awards
10:30 – 11:30: Barclay Shelton Dance Centre
12:00 – 1:00: The Winterlings
1:30 – 2:30: Reggie Garrett and the Snake Oil Peddlers
3:00 – 4:00: Kitt Bender Trio
4:30 – 6:00: Easy Company Band
6:30 – 8:00: The Side Project

SUNDAY, JUNE 15 PERFORMERS

11:00 – 12:00: Meadowdale Middle School Jazz Band
12:30 – 1:30: Cole Holland
2:00 – 3:00: Edmonds-Woodway High School Jazz Ensemble
3:30 – 4:30: Avenue B Jazz Quartet
5:00 – 6:00: Transit

In addition, the Driftwood Players will hold an Open House at the Wade James Theater. 

Free juice boxes and a small bag of cookies (while they last) will feed your tummy while guides feed your curiosity with a tour of the theater.

The open house takes place during the Arts Festival from 10am-2pm Friday and Saturday, June 13-14.

So, come rest those weary feet en route to or from the Arts Festival, or just stroll by with your dog or a friend and relax for a few minutes ... (The theater bathrooms will be open to the public, too.)

You can’t miss them. They will be dressed in hats, colorful vests, and bow ties. Their REST STOP sign will be posted outside the Theater at 950 Main St. (short distance from intersection of 9th and Main Street).
