On the southwest corner of Fircrest Residential Community, there are some housing options - Why can't these be used for some sort of housing similar to the College in residence volunteer program (CIRV) at Lakeland Village? These would also make good housing units for Shoreline Community College Students which would then bring some economic growth to the area? For information on CIRV you can see this link:
