The kids at one Echo Lake Night Out Block Party were thrilled when the SWAT Team appeared and let them check out the truck and the cool outfits.

Yeah, good plan. Get them started early in believing the militarization of our police is a good thing.
On the other hand, when some nut job goes literally ballistic, it sure is nice to have the brave SWAT team on the scene.
