The Sk8 Board Competition was held Friday evening at the Connie King Skate Board Park in the Paramount School Park.
Part of Celebrate Shoreline, the event was staged by Shoreline's Teen Recreation program, so all boarders were required to wear helmets.
There were multiple events, testing and displaying different skills. In the photo, the winner clears a stack of eight boards.
