Every week - death investigations, suicide attempts, domestic violence investigations, child abuse, violent people with mental issues, arrest warrants, drivers with suspended license, runaway kids, wandering seniors

A - Shoplifter arrested at Aurora Safeway resisted detention and kicked window of police car

Alcohol and cars - DUI driving a Lincoln, no car insurance / DUI with collision at NW 200th and 8th NW / 19 year old arrested for DUI at 145th and Aurora / DUI 4:53am going 68 in a 35 in 800 block on NE 155th

Arrest - Police picked up suspect in numerous burglaries in neighboring communities

Assault - A man drove up to a group of men at Aurora Village soliciting for work, got in an argument and assaulted one of them / Fight at blackjack tables at Club Hollywood

Burglary - Forced in back door at 16xx N 190th / During a wide period of time, jewelry and coins stolen from a  Blakeley resident; police expect it is related to other 'locked door' thefts there / Unlocked side door at 155xx Dayton Ave N / Door kicked in at 6xx NE 170th / Victim of attempted burglary was home when someone kicked in her front door / Door forced at 167xx 8th NE / 13xx NW 198 entered detached garage and shed, taking tools and items from car

Car prowl - 10xx NE Perkins Wy / Home Depot parking lot / 158xx 15th NE / 155xx 12th NE

Cars and parts stolen – Car stolen from Aurora McDonald's parking lot

Crime in public places - Purse and keys stolen from employee break room at JoAnn Fabric

Drugs - Drug overdose in Twin Ponds Park / Overdose on heroin at transient camp in Paramount Park NE 147th / Drug overdose on heroin, victim passed out in bike lane at 155th and Interlake / Intentional overdose of prescription meds

Fraud - Suspect attempts to cash forged check at Chase Bank on Midvale / Fraudulent payroll checks from Something Silver on Ballinger Way cashed at various locations around the country

Larceny, public places –  Two shoplifters caught at GoodWill were planning to get away on bicycles, which they brought into the store / Shoplifter at Fred Meyer was recognized by security staff, refused to stop when requested / Ammunition stolen from vehicle in business parking lot at 201st and Aurora / Theft of BluRay discs from Costco, suspect left before police arrived

Larceny, private - Victim's wallet stolen from inside apartment at Woodview Apts

Mail theft - none this week

Mental issues - Group home resident off his meds, hearing voices that told him to kill everyone there and commit suicide

Sexual offenses - Abuse of resident in group home / Family friend asks child to touch his penis / Juvenile victim had sex with male adult

Suspicious - Suspect injured hand climbing fence at Shorecrest

Threats - Victim received threats for someone else on his cell phone; victim called back and the suspect threatened to rape his girls

Traffic - Officer watching for speeders around Ridgecrest Elementary bagged one who also had a suspended license

Trespass - Dispute inside Key Bank at 175th and Aurora led customer to damage door and sign

Vandalism - Graffiti in green spray point at front door of Goodwill / Rock damages window at 170xx NE 150th

Z - Half a dozen arrests of drivers with various kinds of warrants, from driving without a license, to felony warrants
