Southern Gateway Village Proposal Webpage



You can now follow the permit process for the proposed Southern Gateway Village and give your opinions to the Lake Forest Park Planning Department.

    Are there any updates here? I see construction has been going on for a while at 147th and Bothell Way, so I assume the Gateway project is underway? Can anyone share details on what it will be like? Also, what will be happening to Deja Vu, if anything? I bought a home next door to Deja Vu a year and a half ago, hoping/assuming it would go away at one point and therefore making my home much more valuable and this area much safer for a family.     Any updates on the Souther Gateway Project? Is Deja Vu going away? I'm planning to buy a home in a fantastic community being built by pulte but it's next to Deja Vu and that's what holding me back.
