Shorecrest boys track team loses to Stanwood and Glacier Peak before placing 15th at Pasco Invitational

The Shorecrest boys’ track team placed third behind Stanwood and Glacier Peak in a triangular meet at Stanwood High School Thursday, April 11, and placed 15th among more than 55 teams at the Pasco Invitational Saturday, going into a triangular meet with Mountlake Terrace and Marysville Getchell Thursday, April 18, at Marysville-Pilchuck High School.

In the meet at Stanwood, Shorecrest scored 38.5 points, behind 75.5 points for Stanwood and 69 for Glacier Peak.

At the Pasco Invitational, Carter Osborne of Shorecrest placed second in both the 800 meters and the mile and ran on the Shorecrest 4x400 team.

The Shorecrest boys' and girls' teams meet Marysville Getchell and Mountlake Terrace meet at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Quil Ceda Stadium at Marysville-Pilchuck High School.
