The Shoreline Community College Baseball Team split four games with Bellevue College over the weekend, winning 2 of 3 games against Bulldogs on Sunday at Meridian Park in Shoreline.
On Saturday, Bellevue dominated in the first game of the series, winning 8-1 in a 7 inning game. Game 2 at BC was then hailed out by the freak storm that passed through Seattle on Saturday. Bellevue was up 4-0 in the top of the third when the game was called due to weather. It was decided that suspended game would be finished at Meridian Park prior to the start of the regularly schedule doubleheader between the two schools on Sunday.
In the conclusion of the "Hailed" out game from Saturday, the Dolphins fell to the Bulldogs 12-2 in eight innings as SCC could never overcome the 4-0 lead BC had built on Saturday.
