Native Plant Sale and Celebration benefits Washington Native Plant Society
Saturday, May 11, 10-4pm
Mercerdale Park, 7701 SE 32 St., Mercer Is. 98040

HUGE sale of plants native to Washington (especially the Puget Sound Trough).

  • wildflowers, ferns, grasses and sedges, groundcovers, shrubs, trees
  • thousands of plants ready to go into yard and garden
  • pre-planted pots for patio or deck
  • plant propagation workshops
  • kids' activity table
  • guided walks in the Mercerdale native plant gardens
  • large selection of books on native plants, insects, etc.

A dozen organizations including Sustainable Redmond, Plant Amnesty, the Stillaquamish Tribe, and National Wildlife Federation will have booths.
