Lake Forest Park submits NPDES Annual Report

On March 28, 2013, Environmental Programs staff at the City completed the federally mandated National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II annual report for 2012.

Cities owning or operating a regulated small MS4 (municipal separate storm sewer system) are required to comply with the NPDES permit and submit a report annually that summarizes compliance activities each year.
