Shoreline hit and run victim dies

Shoreline Police report that a 60 year old Seattle man died Thursday night as a result of injuries sustained after a hit and run in Shoreline on February 19th.


The man was walking across the 14600 blk of Aurora Ave N when he was struck by a van that was northbound on Aurora. The van pulled over for a short time and then left the scene. Witnesses described the suspect vehicle as a white, full size van, possibly a Ford or Chevrolet, with a work rack on top. The van should have damage on the right front corner and the headlamp was broken during the accident. 

Witnesses said they saw two Latin males in the van. One was said to have a full goatee beard.
