Forget the candy and flowers


Forget the candy and flowers and expensive greeting cards for Valentine's Day.


Give your loved ones the gifts of your time and help.  

Spend some time with them.
Take them out to lunch. Go for a walk.
Dump the trash, wash the dishes, vacuum the floor.

Give them a certificate for 3 hours of your labor, doing whatever they need around the house

Help them run errands
Weed the flower bed
Walk the dog

If you can't do any of those things, then get out the credit card and buy the candy, flowers, and greeting cards. Or maybe a nice plant from Sky Nursery - of course, you have to dig the hole!
