Join EarthCorps, the City of Shoreline, and the Echo Lake Neighborhood Association in an effort to restore the wetland and natural areas of Echo Lake Park. EarthCorps is a non-profit organization with a mission to build global community through local environmental service.

From Feb 8-15, they will be working on invasive or overgrown vegetation removal in sections of
the Park.

Then, on Saturday, Feb 16th from 10 a.m.–2 pm, the community is invited and encouraged to assist with the vegetation removal and also enjoy planting native plants on the east side of the lake in the Park (near N 200th and Ashworth Ave N).

For more information, visit the EarthCorps website or contact Maureen Colaizzi, 206-801-2603.
