Shoreline Community College named women's basketball players Bianca Benavides and Hannah Stanger as SCC Co-Women's Basketball Players of the Week.
Benavides, a freshman from Foster High School in Tukwila, WA, scored 28 points in two games for SCC with 15 rebounds, 6 assists and 9 steals while Stanger, another freshman from Burley High School in Murtaush, ID, scored 20 points with 19 rebounds, 6 assists and 1 steal in two victories for the Lady Dolphins during the week.
SCC is off to a 4-0 start and will travel to Douglas College on Tuesday to face the Royals in Vancouver, BC.
