SCC Men's basketball ends pre-region season with loss to Clackamas

The Shoreline Community College Men's Basketball Team dropped their last game of the non-region schedule on Saturday at the NWAACC Crossover Tournament in Ontario, OR at Treasure Valley Community College.

SCC lost 109-104 to the Cougars, who lead 55-49 at half-time. The game was lost at the free-throw line for SCC, as they shot only 42% (15-36). Clackamas scored 30 points from their free-throws, going 30 for 42.

Shoreline was led by Nahshon George with 20 points and 13 rebounds, but George was 4-16 from the free-throw line. Craig Parks scored 15 for SCC and Abdul Mohamad 14, while Dean Viena added 13 points with 11 boards, Adam Johnson scored 12 with 13 rebounds and Isaac Wodajo scored 12 as well with 8 assists.

Shoreline finishes the non-region schedule at 1-8 and will face Everett Community College on January 5 at EVCC to open the NWAACC Northern Region schedule.
