NE 178th St repair complete

Lake Forest Park Public Works Department announced today that NE 178th St is OPEN again. The project went smoothly and finished ahead of schedule. The street was reopened to traffic at 2:20 pm on Tuesday, December 4th. The Public Works Department would like to thank citizens for their cooperation and understanding.

A section of the underground water main broke and the water washed away the dirt around the pipe, creating a sinkhole and closing the street.
