Local runners headed for State cross country championships Saturday in Pasco

The Shorewood boys’ cross country team heads for the State 3A meet at Sun Willows Golf Course in Pasco Saturday after finishing third in the Northwest District 3A championships at Lakewood High School north of Marysville Oct. 27. Carter Osborne of Shorecrest will compete in the state boys’ 3A championship race after finishing second in the District race.
