Lake Forest Park Southern Gateway Sub-area Plan – Comment Deadline June 18

Those attending the Southern Gateway open house in person on June 5 and 6 had the opportunity to ask questions, make observations, and leave written comments.

Further comments are still welcome.

Public comments on the scope of issues that need to be addressed by the Environmental Impact Statement for the Southern Gateway Area Sub-area Plan will be accepted at any time before close of business on June 18, 2012. Comments may be dropped off at or mailed to City Hall (Attn: Steve Bennett), 17425 Ballinger Way N.E., Lake Forest Park, WA 98155, or emailed. A comment form can be downloaded from the City website, however it is not required. You may comment on alternatives, mitigation measures, probable significant adverse impacts, and licenses or other approvals that may be required. 

There will be additional opportunities to comment on the proposed alternative. The next opportunity will be in the fall when the Draft Environmental Impact Statement is published.

The Southern Gateway is the area on each side of Bothell Way from NE 145th to NE 155th.
