Shorewood track teams play host to Glacier Peak and Marysville Getchell Thursday after girls defeat Everett and Mountlake Terrace, boys lose to same schools

The Shorewood boys’ and girls’ track teams play host to Glacier Peak and Marysville Getchell Thursday, after the Thunderbird girls defeated Everett and Mountlake Terrace at Edmonds Stadium, Thursday, April 12, and the T-bird boys lose to same schools.

Teams from Shorewood, Glacier Peak and Marysville Getchell meet at Shoreline Stadium at 3:45 p.m. Thursday.

The Shorewood girls defeated Everett and Mountlake Terrace last week as Shorewood’s Charlee Linton won the 400- and 1600-meter races, Megan Ransom won the pole vault and 300-meter hurdles, Charity Ijiomah won the 100 meters, Bethany Smith won the 200 meters, Ali Jackson won the high jump and Shorewood teams won the 4x100 and 4x200 relays.

The Shorewood boys lost to both Everett and Mountlake Terrace as Thunderbird Niko Frazier won the 200-meters, Spencer Tu won the high jump and Josh White won the pole vault.
