Law and order in Echo Lake neighborhood on Tuesday

Echo Lake Neighborhood Association (ELNA) meeting, Tuesday, March 20, 2012, 7-9pm, Shoreline City Hall, 17500 Midvale Ave N.

Captain Scott Strathy of the Shoreline Police will discuss the role of community policing in Shoreline and the role of citizens and block watches in preventing crime.

However, crime does happen, so Judge Marcine Anderson from the Shoreline District Court will explain the legal system that handles those charged with crimes.

ELNA is the north central neighborhood in Shoreline, from Aurora to I-5. Meetings are open to the general public.
