The Shorecrest and Shorewood wrestling teams both meet Oak Harbor Tuesday in double dual meets at Shorecrest, after Shorecrest placed fourth and Shorewood fifth in the Shoreline Invitational tournament at Shorewood Saturday.
Shorecrest and Shorewood meet Oak Harbor at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Shorecrest with junior varsity teams meeting at 5:45.
Shorecrest and Shorewood finished behind Bellevue, Roosevelt and Bishop Blanchet, and ahead of Lake Stevens, Nathan Hale and Edmonds-Woodway in the eight-team tournament Saturday.
Shorecrest wrestlers Jesus Escalona at 120 pounds and Ian Bolstad, at 285 won individual championships. Mathew Floresca of Shorewood won at 126 pounds.
Runners up were Kyle Smythe of Shorecrest at 106 pounds, Alex Lee of Shorewood at 113, Ian Ducey of Shorewood at 138, David Ball of Shorewood at 152, Sam Jang of Shorewood at 160, Remy Golla of Shorecrest at 170, David Gillespie of Shorecrest at 195 and Erca Erdenebayar of Shorewood at 285.
