SCC Men's Basketball scores 114 In victory over Skagit Valley

The SCC Men's Basketball Team scored 61 points in the first half to jump out to a 13 point lead (61-48) and held off Skagit Valley in the second half as SCC defeated the Cardinals 114-105.

The Dolphins were led by Joe Bodman with 23 points and 11 rebounds, Avery Scharer with a "Triple Double" (21 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assistants) and Will Acromite with 21 points.

The SCC full court press was very effective on the night, as the Dolphins scored 39 points off of turnovers.

Shoreline plays Olympic College on Saturday at home at 4:00 PM. The Dolphins are now 7-5 on the season and 1-0 in the region. Olympic dropped their opening region game to Bellevue College on Wednesday, 74-72. SCC defeated Olympic at the NWAACC Crossover on December 18th, 113-91.
