‘Tis the season for merriment at SMT!

Songs, Sweets, and Spirits
Saturday, December 17, 2011, 7pm.
Magnuson Park, 7120 62nd Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98115

Join some of Seattle Musical Theatre’s favorite performers for a fun-filled evening of Broadway and holiday favorites!

Songs, Sweets, and Spirits is a family event where all are encouraged to sing while enjoying desserts galore. In addition to delicious treats, there will be alcoholic and non-alcoholic specialty holiday drinks to tickle the palate.

Performances by featured SMT regulars include Laura Abel, Mark Abel, Kody Bringman, Doug Knoop, Lindsey Larson, and Raphael Zimmerman. Songs performed by the groups Pitchcraft and the Sno-King Chorale will also delight audience members. Music accompaniment will be provided by this season’s Music Directors, David Spring and Josh Zimmerman.

Audience members can choose to have performers sing the carol of their choice or can choose to perform the song solo or as a duet with one of SMT’s regulars in front of a supportive audience…the perfect opportunity for everyone’s talent to be recognized.

Also included in this casual, all-ages party is an array of wonderful silent auction items.

Seattle Musical Theatre (formerly Civic Light Opera) is conveniently located in Magnuson Park, at 7120 62nd Ave NE . Festive VIP tables on the stage are $25 per seat, house seating is $10 per seat or $20 for families. Tickets can be purchased online  or by calling the box office at 206-363-2809.
