The professional chefs who support the culinary arts training program at Shorewood High School put on a series of dinners during the school year. The guest chef is in charge and students from the program assist and learn. Guests get a terrific dinner and support the program all at the same time.
The first dinner of the year is Thursday, December 8, with Chef Seth Prigg of Ray's Boathouse. Dinners are prepared and served at Shorewood.
