The Shoreline Breakfast Rotary Club is seeking nominations of local community businesses or organizations that have exemplified outstanding professional achievement, maintained high ethical standards, and demonstrated “service above self.”
“We believe there are many businesses in our community that demonstrate these qualities. This award honors one such business or organization for their distinguished service to the community,” states Dina O’Leary, President of the Shoreline Breakfast Rotary Club.
When submitting a nomination, the following criteria for this award will be considered:
- The business has exemplified the Rotary four way test in the conduct of their vocation through honest and fair business or professional practices that build goodwill and better friendships and provide a benefit to all concerned.
- The business has made an outstanding contribution of service to the community and exemplifies “service above self.”
- The business has made an outstanding achievement in the field or profession.
Nominations do not require that all three criteria be met in order to be considered.
The recipient will be invited to the Shoreline Breakfast Rotary Club to be formally recognized with a special plaque and press announcement. Past recipients include Aurora Rents, Calvin Presbyterian Church, James Alan Salon, and Spiros.
