A sluggish Shoreline CC Volleyball team dropped a match to Whatcom CC on Wednesday night in the SCC Gym, 3-2, as SCC still looked tired from its long weekend marathon tournament at Mt. Hood last Friday and Saturday.

SCC won the opening set of the match 25-20, but WCC came right back to win the second match 25-17. SCC took control of the match by coming back to win the third game, 27-25, but Whatcom would not quit and dropped SCC in the 4th set, 25-21. Whatcom jumped out to a quick lead in the 5th and deciding game and SCC could not come back and lost 15-10.
