And a few witches, and other assorted creatures attended the annual Halloween Carnival at Syre Elementary, put on by the Richmond Beach Community Association on Saturday, October 29, 2011.
Most of Richmond Beach and Richmond Highlands had a power outage but the electricity was on at Syre, the skies were clear for the outdoor inflatable slides, and a record crowd attended the festivities.
RBCA member Bob Pfeiffer took photos of the kids in costumes. Here's a sample of what was roaming the halls.
