Shorewood girl swimmers get more State qualifying times in victory over EW as Shorecrest tops MLT

Shorewood girl swimmers exceeded two more State 3A qualifying times while winning all 12 events in a 134-49 victory over Edmonds-Woodway at Shoreline Pool Thursday, Sept. 29. The Thunderbirds improved their season dual-meet record to 6-0.

Shorecrest swam to a 96-74 victory over Mountlake Terrace at the Lynnwood Pool the same day despite winning only three events.

In the Shorewood victory over Edmonds-Woodway, Christina Garrison swam a qualifying performance in the 100-yard breaststroke for the second time this season and joined with Annika Stenfjord, Ann Tardiff and Anni Hecker on a 200-yard medley relay team that also met the State qualifying standard for the second time.
