Ronald Wastewater Commissioner Position 1
Robert L. (Bob) Ransom has served his community for 25 years: 

--In elected office on the Shoreline School Board and Shoreline Park and Recreation District. Concurrently, 

--On the City Council for 13 years, including being Mayor from January 2006 to January 2008.

While on the School Board and the City Council the groups met their budgets and put way reserves while increasing their infrastructure and services to the public.

Bob was elected nine times because he served you well, and received your concerns in a warm and compassionate way. He has listened to you and kept his promises and kept taxes and costs down. He will assist in making the Ronald Wastewater District even more effective, and provide a seamless interface with City government and future development.

Bob is a Retired Human Resource Director/Consultant (SPHR), and Licensed Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). He has a MS degree in Educational Psychology, and a MPA degree in Public Administration - Human Resource/Personnel.

  1. Bob at a recent candidate forum has already proven himself to be totally uninformed on wastewater issues and in the pocket of the City of Shoreline staff. In fact, he hasn't even filed any PDC forms for contributions or expenses even though he has campaign signs up for almost a week now.

    Let's not forget his open public meeting violations that cost the City hundreds of thousands of dollars - he should go away and stay away rather than cost another public agency more money.
