Classical piano concert of Chopin Miniatures Friday, October 14

Classical music lovers will enjoy an evening performance of Chopin Miniatures by classical pianist, Dr. George Fiore, on Friday, October 14, 2011 at 7:30 pm at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
Cost for the event is a freewill offering during intermission. Parking is plentiful, and ADA access is at the rear of the building.
DR. GEORGE FIORE has had an extensive career as a soloist, a director of music and teacher. In April of 1953, the New York Herald Tribune wrote, “He is an excellent pianist, he has a sense of poetry and a poetic touch.”
While living in Seattle, he has been the Director of Music at Saint James Cathedral, Director of Music at First United Methodist Church, Senior Organist at Seattle First Presbyterian Church, and Executive Director of the Northwest Boychoir, and the Associate Conductor of the Seattle Symphony for Choral ActivitiesHe has performed with the Bellevue Philharmonic, the Cascade Symphony, the Federal Way Symphony, and Northwest Symphony Orchestra
Dr. Fiore is the Associate Conductor Emeritus for the Seattle Symphony, and currently serves as Organist for Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Shoreline.
