N 165th - N 185th Streets (Marshbank Construction)

This week, crews will:
  • Activate the permanent traffic signal at Aurora and N 185th Street and remove the temporary signal equipment between N 170th and N 180th Streets.
  • Continue electrical conversions throughout the project area. Conversions are expected to be completed by the end of the week.
  • Continue restoration activities including landscaping, lane striping, and installation of remaining concrete features along Aurora, N 175th Street, and N 185th Street. Single lanes on these streets may be intermittently closed. Restoration work will continue throughout the fall.
N 185th - N 192nd Streets (Johansen Excavating)

This week, crews will:
  • Continue intermittently closing N 192nd Street east of Aurora between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. weekdays to complete installation of new underground utilities. Crews will also begin grading N 192nd Street for placement of new curbs later this month. Local access to nearby residences and businesses will be provided. Closures are expected to discontinue in early November (weather permitting).
  • Continue building a new retaining wall near Sky Nursery. Traffic in the northbound direction may be temporarily stopped to allow trucks and equipment to safely maneuver.
  • Continue building the Rain Garden Plaza at the northeast corner of the Shoreline Park and Ride.
