Teen Dance Workshop: Swing series starts July 9 in Shoreline

DANCE IT! is a Shoreline-based, non-profit program that inspires teenagers to social dance.

DANCE IT! is hosting a three hour dance workshop for teens who want to try something new, learn some great moves, meet new people and build confidence on the dance floor. You'll also find out where the cool places to dance are. Beginners are encouraged.

The workshop will be held on Saturday, July 9, at Dance Experience, located above the Highland Ice Arena at 18005 Aurora Avenue N in Shoreline, WA 98133.

There are three sessions with three different instructors.

1pm:    Lindy Hop 1 w/Peter Flahiff

2pm:    Shim Sham Routine w/Ben White

3pm:    Lindy Hop Variations w/Darla Weideman

The fee is $15.00 for all three hours of the Workshop or $5 per lesson.
