Quick-Start Shoreline Business Workshop, Tuesday June 28

The Tuesday Quick-Start Shoreline Business Workshop for start-up, existing or potential business owners will be held on June 28 from 12 noon to 1:30 pm at Shoreline City Hall, 17500 Midvale Ave N.

Quick-Start Shoreline is presented by Shoreline Community College Small Business Accelerator and the City of Shoreline. The sessions are free and open to the public; feel free to bring a brown bag lunch or a snack.

Now more than ever companies need to make the right decisions when hiring staff. Despite the high unemployment rate, recruiting and hiring qualified staff is a challenge. Everyone knows the risk and pain associated with making the wrong hire decision!

This presentation will discuss the trends in the employment market, will define a hiring process that reduces risk and improves success rate and reviews a process for getting hired. This is a key skill for any business owners in today’s market.
