Shorewood to face Mountlake Terrace in District semifinal game Tuesday after 10-0 victory over Shorecrest Monday

Shorewood advanced to a Tuesday home semifinal game in the Northwest District 3A tournament after defeating Shorecrest 10-0 Monday.

Shorewood advances to a home semifinal game against Mountlake Terrace at 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Mountlake Terrace defeated Ferndale 7-0 Monday.

Shorecrest and Ferndale will meet in an elimination game at Ferndale at Ferndale at 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Shorewood takes a 19-2 record into the game with Mountlake Terrace. The winner will play in the District championship game Saturday at Everett Memorial Stadium against the winner of another semifinal game between Meadowdale and Glacier Peak at Meadowdale. Both finalists advance to State play beginning with four regionals May 21 leading to the final four May 27-28.

Shorecrest needs to win two games to advance to a game Saturday for thee District’s No. 3 State berth.

That's a legitimate question.
It's baseball.
This was supposed to go with some pictures of a baseball game, but it ended up being separated.
We messed up.
