Shorewood softball team tops Shorecrest for second time

The Shorewood softball team defeated Shorecrest 9-4 Friday at Shorewood for the Thunderbirds’ second victory of the season over the Scots.

The Thunderbirds had beaten Shorecrest 8-3 on April 7.

The victory Friday gave Shorewood a 5-6 Wesco 3A record (6-11 overall). Shorecrest is now 2-11, 3-14.
