WeatherWatcher: beware of black ice

Freezing conditions are occurring at this time across most of Shoreline. 

Between now and probably about 10 am there will be frost, ice and black ice in places, including on the roads that are or were still wet. 

Drive carefully and if the road looks wet, it is most likely ice, not water.
