The Shoreline Community College Dolphins athletic department enjoyed the best fall season of school history as the Men’s Soccer team and Women’s Volleyball team won NWAACC Northern Region Championships, the first time SCC has ever claimed two championships in the same sport season, and the Lady Dolphin Soccer team qualified for NWAACC playoffs as well.
The volleyball team went 27-11 for the season and were Co-Champions of the region with Whatcom Community College.

The Women’s Soccer team tied Whatcom CC for third place and was tied for the final playoff spot in the Northern Region. The Lady Dolphins defeated WCC in a play-in game (1-0) to claim the last playoff spot in the region.
The Lady Dolphin volleyball team went 1-2 at the NWAACC Volleyball Championship to finish tied for 9th in the NWAACC. The Men’s Soccer team dropped a 3-1 game to Highland CC in the NWAACC Soccer Final Four to end their winning streak and season at 8-8-2. The Women’s Soccer team lost to Lane Community College 1-0 in Eugene, OR to finish 8-8-1 on the year.
The Women’s Volleyball team and Men’s Soccer team will receive their “Banners” for the season region championships on February 3, at the “Homecoming” basketball games in the SCC Gym.
