Pipe-bursting project reaches Echo Lake Park this week

The Ronald Wastewater pipe-bursting project has reached the north end of Echo Lake. Buno Construction will be pipe-bursting the sewer main in Echo Lake Park this week as part of the Ronald Wastewater District Echo Lake Trunk Replacement project.

The sewer pipe runs directly under the Stuart Nakamura "Contemplating the Arc" sculpture in the park, but project engineers have assured the Echo Lake Neighborhood Association that the pipe is deep enough that the sculpture will not be disturbed.
