Shorewood volleyball team continues in District play

The Shorewood volleyball team beat Mount Vernon in its first Northwest District tournament match Wednesday night but lost to Meadowdale in the match following. The Thunderbirds will play at Glacier Peak at noon Saturday, Nov. 6, and will need to win two matches to advance to the 16-tean State 3A tournament next weekend.
