Chase leads Baker in early King and Snohomish county returns for 32nd Legislative District Senate

Democrat Maralyn Chase leads Republican David Baker in early returns from both King and Snohomish counties.

Those early returns show Chase with 58 percent to 42 percent for Baker.

They are running for the State Senate position that incumbent Democrat Darlene Fairley is vacating.

Chase has represented the District in the State House of Representatives for nine years.

Baker is a member of the Kenmore City Council, which he now leads as mayor.

Current Results:


Maralyn Chase (D) ---- 15,400 - 58.06%

David Baker (R) - 11,122 - 41.94%
