Women And Men On Wheels! - WAMOW! Sunday, October 17

On Sunday, October 17 from 10 am to 3pm at the Lake Forest Park Towne Centre, upper parking lot, the WAMOW! drivers event will benefit Shorecrest PTSA.

This free event is designed to help both young and seasoned drivers understand their cars better. There will be clinics and demonstrations on essential skills such as changing a flat tire, checking oil, checking coolant levels, checking and replacing light bulbs, checking air pressure, tires and the difference in quality and performance, the importance of proper alignment and brake adjustment and maintenance, what to do in the event of a collision, and information on windshield repair/replacement,

Booths and vendors will display products, have giveaways and information.  Drawings will be held every half-hour and two $500 coupons will be raffled off.

The Shorecrest marching band, bag pipers, Lassies and flag team will perform. Getting up Guilty, Shorecrest’s garage band, will close the event.
