Dennis McCurdy is an exceptionally well qualified candidate due to his vast real-world experience in the courtroom. Selecting the right candidate for this position is about making a date-driven decision. The data of 17 years of experience as a trial lawyer who has argued hundreds of cases successfully is evidence that Dennis McCurdy will bring a level of knowledge and understanding of our courts that this position requires!
Though experience is important and something such as numbers of years might indicate that, numbers are not everything. Experience within those numbers vary. This is tough decision. I'm sure they're both very competent.
