Sky Nursery Harvest Fest Saturday, October 9

Sky Nursery s first ever Harvest Fest on will take place on Saturday, October 9, with free cider and pumpkin cookies, and activities for children.  

From 9 am to 6 pm you can browse fall displays, and get seasonal gardening tips from the staff.  The Dahlia Care booth staff will teach you how to overwinter your dahlias.  The Garlic display will show you how to grow garlic.  Joanie from the Rent's Due Ranch will have garlic wreaths and braids for sale from 2 - 4 pm.  Potion Mistress Erin Munday from Siochain Lavendar will have creams and lotions for sale from 10 am to 4 pm

Bring your camera to take family photos at the festive Harvest Backdrop.  Enjoy a Pumpkin Latte at the coffee kiosk.

Radio personalities will be on hand.

• Corine from KPLZ Star 101.5FM from 10 A.M. – noon
• Sarah from Spirit 105.3 FM from 1 P.M. – 3 P.M.

For the Kids

• Live animals including "Hercules" the Tom Turkey and a small herd of goats.
• Sky's artists will Paint Your Face
• Build a Scarecrow!
• Decorate a Pumpkin!

Hopelink Kickoff

Honor the abundance of the harvest season by remembering those with less.

Bring in canned or other nonperishable food items for Hopelink.

The Children’s activities are free, but your Hopelink food donation will be appreciated.
