The Lady Dolphin Volleyball Team won five matches over the weekend at NWAACC Crossover Tournament at Treasure Valley Community College in Ontario, OR. SCC defeated Treasure Valley CC, Whatcom CC, Lower Columbia College, Centralia CC and Clackamas CC. The Dolphins did drop a match to Blue Mountain CC, the top ranked college in the NWAACC. SCC had won 8 matches in a row until it loss to Blue Mountain.

Freshman Lisa Day and Sophomore Shelby Souther were named All-Tournament at the event. SCC is now 21-8 on the season, 5-1 in the NWAACC Northern Region and play Edmonds Community College on Wednesday night at Edmonds to open the second half of the region schedule. SCC is tied with Edmonds and Whatcom CC for first place in the division. The Lady Dolphins only loss in the region is to rival Edmonds. Match time is 7:00 PM.
