Shorecrest, Shorewood take 0-1 records into Friday football games

Both Shorecrest and Shorewood take 0-1 football records into Friday night games.

       

Shorecrest plays host to Mountlake Terrace at 7 p.m. at Shoreline Stadium after losing its opening game last week to Meadowdale. Mountlake Terrace has a 1-0 record after opening the season with a 41-13 victory over Oak Harbor.

       

Shorewood plays Lynnwood at 7 p.m. at Edmonds Stadium after the Thunderbirds lost their opener to Everett 13-7. Lynnwood is also 0-1 after losing to Glacier Peak.

       

In Shorewood’s loss to Everett, Eugene Holly scored from 1 yard out in the second quarter for Shorewood, but Everett came back to score 13 points in the second half.
