Calvin Presbyterian Church is hosting a barbecue Saturday, August 21 from 4 to 6 pm in their large parking lot with food and live music as a goodwill gesture to the neighborhood.
If you can volunteer or provide tools, brickets, paper plates, mustard, pickles, ketchup, lettuce, onions, or tomatoes, contact the church office at 206-542-6181.
People can come to meet and greet each other, visit Tent City, meet some of the residents, ask questions….and have a fun evening all rolled into one.
The church is located at 18826 3rd Ave NW, just off Richmond Beach Road.
