The Shorecrest baseball season came to an end Saturday, May 15, the final day of the Northwest District 3A tournament in Mount Vernon.
Shorecrest lost to Ferndale 9-0. Ferndale went on to lose to Glacier Peak for the District’s second spot in the State 3A tournament.
Shorecrest defeated Ferndale a week earlier in the first round of the tournament before Shorecrest lost to Glacier Peak and defeated Everett before the loss to Ferndale.
