SCC Baseball Sweeps Again Against Pierce CC

For the second consecutive day, the SCC Baseball Team swept a doubleheader, but this time, the ballpark lights helped.

The Dolphins erased a 3-0 deficit in the first game to win 10-4. In the second game, Pierce had came back to take a 7-6 lead in the top of the 7th inning, but the Lower Woodland Park lights shut down and could not be restored, so the score reverted back to the last completed inning (the 6th), with Shoreline ahead 6-5 and SCC was declared the winner.

The SCC squad will travel to Yakima Valley Community College this upcoming weekend to play in a tournament on Friday and Saturday.
